History
The company was founded in 2007 by Joshua Dziabiak and Lynsie Campbell, initially as an event registration database. The pair later focused their efforts on creating a web-based ticketing solution after realizing the need for better ticketing. Prior to forming the company, Dziabiak met Campbell while working together at Spreadshirt, an online platform for creating and selling personalized apparel.
On July 31st, 2017, ShowClix received a strategic investment by Providence Strategic Growth ("PSG"), the growth equity affiliate of Providence Equity Partners, a global private equity firm with more than $50 billion in assets under management. Together with Patron Manager and Ticketleap, these three companies have partnered under Patron Technology to become one of the largest, leading event ticketing companies today.
Currently, Brian Arnone is the President and COO, Mark Riley is the CFO, and Nate Good is the CTO.
